Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for senior executives.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence via email, phone, and mail with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
- Assist in data entry and the preparation of weekly payroll and inventory reports.
- Order office supplies and manage vendor relationships to ensure a well-functioning office environment.
- Support special projects and ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed to support team goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as an administrative assistant or in a similar support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on grammar and clarity.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Reliable internet access and a quiet workspace suitable for virtual coordination.
