- Data Entry & Filing: Maintain accurate electronic and physical records, including payroll logs and client databases.
- Office Support: Order supplies, manage inventory, and assist with office maintenance tasks.
- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for vendors and visitors, representing the company professionally.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on detail.
- Availability: Ability to work full-time hours with flexibility for occasional overtime.
