Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars and schedule appointments for senior executives with precision.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, including memos, emails, and reports.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and itineraries.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Answer and screen phone calls, routing them to the appropriate parties efficiently.
- Assist in the preparation of meeting agendas and presentation materials.
- Process invoices and handle expense reports in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office clerk.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
