Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating complex travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit confidential documents, reports, and presentations with meticulous attention to detail
- Oversee office operations, including inventory management, vendor relations, and facility maintenance
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external communications via phone, email, and in-person
- Coordinate departmental meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and action item tracking
- Assist with HR functions including onboarding, benefits administration, and employee records
- Implement and maintain digital filing systems ensuring data security and accessibility
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- Minimum 3 years progressive administrative support experience in a corporate setting
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
