Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate complex scheduling, and arrange high-level meetings across multiple time zones
- Handle incoming communications, screen calls, and draft professional correspondence for senior leadership
- Oversee office supplies inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships for seamless operations
- Process expense reports, invoices, and purchase orders with meticulous attention to financial accuracy
- Support new employee onboarding by preparing materials and coordinating orientation logistics
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation bookings for domestic and international trips
- Maintain confidential records and ensure compliance with company policies and data security protocols
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent certification in Office Administration or Business (Bachelor's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of administrative support experience in a corporate environment
