Responsibilities
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for department heads
- Manage confidential records and maintain digital filing systems
- Process invoices, expense reports, and procurement requests
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with onboarding new staff and coordinate training sessions
- Monitor office supplies inventory and coordinate vendor relationships
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Experience with government procurement processes a plus
- Valid California driver's license required
