Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Prepare, edit, and distribute professional correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Handle incoming communications including calls, emails, and mail with exceptional professionalism
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems ensuring data accuracy and accessibility
- Coordinate office operations including supply inventory, vendor management, and event logistics
- Support team projects through data entry, document processing, and research assistance
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent administrative experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Minimum 2 years experience in administrative support or office management
