- Prepare, edit, and distribute confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Oversee office supplies inventory and vendor relationships for procurement
- Coordinate cross-departmental meetings and maintain accurate meeting minutes
- Implement digital filing systems and ensure document security compliance
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholder communications
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent administrative experience (3+ years)
