Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain data in CRM and ERP systems
- Process and reconcile invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations using MS Office Suite
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain data privacy standards
- Assist with onboarding processes and new hire documentation
- Support departmental projects through research and data compilation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience with data entry focus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data management software
- Proven ability to maintain 99.5% data accuracy in high-volume environments
- Strong typing speed (60+ WPM) with exceptional attention to detail
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems preferred
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in fast-paced settings
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
