Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel logistics for executives
- Handle confidential correspondence, reports, and documentation with precision
- Process invoices, expense reports, and financial transactions accurately
- Coordinate office logistics including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships
- Support onboarding processes and maintain employee records in HR systems
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external communications
- Assist with special projects and presentation preparation as needed
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of administrative support experience in a professional setting
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Discretion when handling confidential information
- Experience with HRIS systems preferred (e.g., Workday, BambooHR)
