- Process payroll, expense reports, and vendor invoices with precision
- Compose professional communications and maintain confidential records
- Oversee office inventory, procurement, and facility maintenance
- Support onboarding processes and coordinate employee events
- Analyze operational metrics and implement efficiency improvements
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or 3+ years of administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and G-Suite applications
