Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure a smooth workflow for the executive team.
- Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate internal and external meetings.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and documents using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Handle incoming calls and emails with the highest level of professionalism and efficiency.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries and accommodations.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and assist in vendor management for office services.
- Assist in recruitment activities and support the onboarding process for new hires.
Qualifications
- Associate degree or certificate in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably within the tech industry.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
