Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Handle incoming correspondence, including emails and phone calls, with a high degree of professionalism.
- Prepare and distribute internal reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Maintain accurate office records and filing systems, both digital and physical.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders.
- Assist in the coordination of company events and team building activities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for visitors and vendors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
