Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars and schedule appointments for executive leadership.
- Process incoming emails and correspondence with a high degree of professionalism.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Assist with office logistics, including supply management and vendor coordination.
- Greet visitors and manage the reception area efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role (1+ years preferred).
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience with HR or Finance support is a plus.
