Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap with measurable milestones
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum AI, neural interfaces, carbon-neutral tech)
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Develop future-proof governance frameworks for ethical AI and autonomous systems
- Present visionary strategies to C-suite and board stakeholders with compelling data narratives
- Drive innovation sprints focused on 5-10 year technological horizons
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology leadership with proven 5+ year roadmap execution
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, biotech, AI ethics, etc.)
- Track record of delivering disruptive innovations to market
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Published thought leadership in futurism or tech innovation
- Strong network with global tech innovation ecosystems
