Responsibilities
- Architect scalable AI/ML frameworks for 2026-era autonomous systems
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of quantum computing specialists and neuromorphic engineers
- Design ethical governance frameworks for AGI deployment
- Develop predictive models for climate-positive industrial automation
- Forge strategic partnerships with DARPA and EU Horizon 2030 initiatives
- Secure $10M+ in next-gen technology grants
- Mentor PhD fellows through our Future Leaders Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/Quantum Physics with 8+ years post-doc experience
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on AI ethics or quantum algorithms
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade neuromorphic systems
- Expertise in federated learning frameworks for privacy-preserving AI
- Security clearance (Top Secret) or ability to obtain
- Fluency in Rust, Python, and quantum assembly languages
- Speaking experience at Davos, Web Summit, or equivalent forums
