Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines for production environments.
- Fine-tune and optimize open-source foundation models (e.g., Llama 3, Mistral) using advanced techniques like LoRA and QLoRA.
- Develop robust evaluation frameworks to measure model accuracy, latency, and hallucination rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to integrate AI solutions into consumer-facing applications.
- Research and prototype novel architectures for next-gen NLP tasks.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical vision of the AI division.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning or Deep Learning.
- Proficiency in Python and major ML frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow).
- Strong understanding of NLP concepts, transformer architectures, and LLM theory.
- Experience with data engineering, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Demonstrated ability to ship production-ready models.
