- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Develop predictive analytics models for emerging tech adoption (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Author thought leadership publications on 2026 industry disruption scenarios
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation strategists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in emerging tech trends (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into commercial products
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS preferred)
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Published work on 2020-2030 technology impact scenarios
