Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech domains
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 2026+ market transformations
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate foresight into R&D roadmaps
- Present strategic briefings to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and lead a cross-functional innovation task force
- Pioneer new methodologies for predictive market analysis
- Author thought leadership publications and industry whitepapers
- Maintain partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and World Economic Forum
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial impact
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical audiences
- Experience with AI-driven predictive analytics tools
- Published research in futures studies or innovation strategy
