Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into product roadmaps
- Partner with C-suite to align vision with corporate objectives and investor expectations
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership on industry disruption scenarios
- Manage a $5M innovation budget with ROI-driven resource allocation
- Mentor a team of futurists and strategic analysts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or futurist roles with Fortune 500/tech scale
- Proven track record of launching products/services based on future trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systemic modeling
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., CFM) preferred
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional storytelling skills for executive and stakeholder communication
