Responsibilities
- Analyze global macro-trends across technology, geopolitics, and socio-economic shifts to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive foresight framework using scenario planning, horizon scanning, and predictive analytics
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into product development and corporate strategy
- Produce high-impact strategic reports and presentations for executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry think tanks to pioneer innovation ecosystems
- Mentor a team of junior futurists and analysts to cultivate next-generation strategic capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis with Fortune 500 companies
- Proven expertise in scenario planning methodologies and quantitative/qualitative foresight tools
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts into compelling narratives
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic frameworks implemented in real-world contexts
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIF from APF) strongly preferred
