- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product roadmaps
- Author high-impact reports on future disruption risks and market shifts
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and industry pioneers
- Advose C-suite on emerging technologies and their strategic implications
- Drive innovation sprints focused on 2026+ market opportunities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and predictive modeling
- Proven track record of translating foresight into market-winning strategies
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures methodologies preferred
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic frameworks
