Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies, market shifts, and societal trends impacting 2026-2030
- Develop and validate future scenario frameworks using quantitative and qualitative methodologies
- Design strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and market disruption vectors
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and external partners
- Produce executive-ready foresight reports with actionable recommendations and risk mitigation strategies
- Monitor and analyze global innovation ecosystems to identify partnership opportunities
- Champion a future-proofing culture through internal education and strategic communications
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology foresight methodologies
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, Futures Studies, or related field
- Deep understanding of emerging tech domains (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic initiatives launched in the past 3 years
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP) preferred
