Responsibilities

- Build strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry disruptors
- Present innovation frameworks and future scenarios to executive leadership and investors
- Measure and iterate on innovation KPIs using data-driven methodologies

Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation management, product development, or strategic foresight
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products or services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, IoT, AR/VR) and their commercial applications
- Strong background in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Experience managing R&D budgets and P&L for innovation initiatives
- Exceptional communication skills for articulating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or Futures Studies
