- Secure $5M+ in federal grants for climate-tech and space-exploration initiatives
- Present disruptive innovations at Davos and SXSW Global stages
- Champion agile methodologies in a 100% remote-first, globally distributed team

Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in C-suite or VP-level strategy roles
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or equivalent disruptive field
- Proven track record of launching products generating $50M+ ARR
- Expertise in federated learning, neuromorphic chips, and carbon-negative tech
- Published white papers on 6G networks or generative AI ethics
- Security clearance (TS/SCI) or ability to obtain within 90 days
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Q#)
