Responsibilities
- Architect and execute innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 technological milestones
- Lead cross-disciplinary R&D teams in quantum-biotech convergence projects
- Identify and secure partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Develop patentable IP in sustainable automation and neuro-interface systems
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological adoption and societal impact
- Mentor emerging innovators through our Future Founders program
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Biology, Computational Neuroscience, or Advanced Materials Science
- 8+ years leading R&D initiatives in Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale environments
- Proven track record of commercializing breakthrough technologies (3+ exits or patents)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AI ethics
- Executive presence with experience interfacing with C-level executives and investors
- Published research in Nature/Science journals or equivalent peer-reviewed platforms
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation frameworks
