Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 Innovation Roadmap, aligning emerging tech trends with market disruption opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing proof-of-concepts for AI-driven sustainability systems, quantum-secure infrastructure, and neuro-adaptive interfaces
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, government bodies, and industry leaders to accelerate 2026-era solutions
- Drive adoption of circular economy principles across product lifecycles, targeting 95% waste reduction by 2026
- Oversee the development of predictive analytics frameworks to forecast societal and technological shifts through 2030
- Champion human-centered design methodologies ensuring ethical deployment of transformative technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation or R&D leadership with proven track record of scaling breakthrough solutions
- Expertise in emerging tech domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or carbon-negative engineering
- Published thought leadership in future-focused journals (e.g., Nature Futures, MIT Technology Review)
- Experience securing $10M+ in innovation funding or government grants for futuristic initiatives
- PhD or equivalent in relevant field (e.g., Quantum Information Science, Sustainable Systems Engineering)
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi analysis, scenario planning) for 5+ year horizons
