Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic technical roadmap for the 2026 Horizon initiative, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Lead the architecture design for autonomous AI systems, focusing on scalability, security, and ethical AI deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data scientists, and security experts, to integrate complex AI solutions.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and high-performance engineering.
- Conduct feasibility studies and proof-of-concepts for emerging technologies to guide long-term investment.
- Establish best practices for data governance and AI model transparency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Ph.D. preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within AI or advanced technology sectors.
- Deep expertise in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), large language models (LLMs), and predictive analytics.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact projects from concept to deployment.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity in fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
