- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of 20+ engineers, designers, and futurists

- Architect ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budgets for experimental tech initiatives
- Publish whitepapers at global forums like CES and World Economic Forum
- Mentor next-gen innovators through our Future Leaders Fellowship program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in future-tech forecasting
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurology
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum projects from concept to $100M+ revenue
- Expertise in exponential technologies: AGI, neuromorphic computing, climate-tech
- Published author in Nature/Science or equivalent tier publications
