- Develop strategic frameworks for client adoption of next-gen innovations
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-focused solutions
- Present trend insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Author whitepapers on disruptive technologies and their societal implications
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Mentor junior futurists in trend synthesis methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Future Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analyses or scenario planning projects
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, climate tech, neurotech, or space commercialization
- Proficiency in horizon scanning tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex futures into actionable strategies
- Track record of advising Fortune 500 companies on future readiness
- Fluency in English with multilingual capabilities a plus
