Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech and societal trends to map 2026 business landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for C-suite decision-making
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-ready solutions
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and trend reports for industry thought leadership
- Partner with R&D teams to integrate foresight into product roadmaps
- Design and facilitate executive workshops on future readiness
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems for disruptive signals
- Represent the company at future-focused conferences and symposiums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused roles
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into business strategy
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI evolution, biotech convergence, or sustainable tech
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Experience leading high-impact executive workshops and presentations
- MSc or PhD in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic implementations from trend insights
