- Represent the company at global future-focused conferences and innovation summits
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI ethics
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or climate adaptation
- Advanced certification in foresight methodology (e.g., CFM, Foresight Practitioner)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on 5+ year strategic horizons
- Portfolio of implemented future-back strategic initiatives
- Exceptional systems thinking and complex scenario modeling skills
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or relevant field
