Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify and analyze emerging technologies and societal trends through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for clients across AI, biotech, and climate-tech sectors
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and strategic briefs for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present findings at global innovation summits and client workshops
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario modeling, Delphi methodology, and trend impact analysis
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech (AI, quantum, or climate tech)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning Platforms, Trendalyzer)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on long-term strategy
- Strong network in Silicon Valley and global innovation ecosystems
