Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological and societal shifts
- Develop future-focused business strategies and innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Design scenario-planning frameworks to navigate complex global uncertainties
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive presentations
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops on future-ready organizational design
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and industry disruptors
- Translate foresight into product development and market positioning strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic consulting, innovation, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills for executive audiences
- Experience with futures research methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight projects with measurable impact
