Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, climate resilience, biotech) to forecast 2026+ market disruptions
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients navigating technological singularity
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future-proofing strategies
- Produce annual 'Future Horizons' reports with actionable strategic recommendations
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs for trend validation
- Mentor junior futurists using proprietary foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, trend analysis, or innovation consulting
- Portfolio demonstrating scenario planning and trend forecasting projects
- Expertise in systems thinking and probabilistic modeling techniques
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/SF preferred)
- Published thought leadership in future trends or innovation
