Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech and societal trends to identify 2026-relevant opportunities/threats
- Develop horizon-scanning frameworks for emerging technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Create scenario-planning models for market disruption and competitive positioning
- Design and facilitate executive foresight workshops across global teams
- Produce strategic whitepapers and trend reports influencing product roadmaps
- Build and maintain expert networks in futurism, innovation, and policy
- Integrate foresight into R&D cycles and go-to-market strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging tech ecosystems (AI, Web3, biotech)
- Exceptional data synthesis and trend-interpretation capabilities
- Experience presenting complex futures to executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (portfolio required)
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS) preferred
