- Lead scenario-planning workshops with executive stakeholders to stress-test future business models
- Produce actionable whitepapers and trend reports that guide product development and investment decisions
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions aligned with long-term vision
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into executable business strategies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization capabilities
- Experience facilitating executive-level scenario planning sessions
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Methodology (e.g., from AC/FS)
