- Architect innovation roadmaps aligned with future market disruptions and regulatory landscapes
- Partner with R&D to prioritize R&D investments in emerging domains (quantum computing, biotech, AI ethics)
- Author white papers and thought leadership positioning Horizon as a future-ready leader
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive intelligence for 2026 readiness
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or trend analysis roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
