Responsibilities
- Develop horizon-scanning frameworks to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2030
- Architect adaptive strategic roadmaps for enterprise resilience in volatile future landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into R&D priorities and product innovation
- Establish ethical guardrails for emerging technologies including AGI, neurointerfaces, and climate engineering
- Produce trend briefings for C-suite on paradigm shifts in labor, economics, and geopolitics
- Design scenario-planning models for black swan events and exponential change accelerators
- Partner with quantum research teams to commercialize 2026-era breakthroughs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, biotech, AGI) and their societal impacts
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related strategic discipline
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ enterprise-scale future strategy implementations
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., CFrA, SFI preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into executive action
- Experience with ethical frameworks for emerging technologies and governance
