- Lead cross-functional 'Horizon Scanning' workshops with R&D, design, and policy teams
- Author thought leadership on emerging societal shifts and technological inflection points
- Quantify future market opportunities through predictive modeling and scenario analysis
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify and incubate 2026-disruptive startups
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into commercial roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on 2020s societal/tech transitions
- Proficiency in horizon scanning tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 on long-term strategic pivots
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston)
