Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 Innovation Roadmap, integrating quantum computing, biotech convergence, and AGI frameworks
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies with 5-10 year market disruption potential
- Architect strategic partnerships with academic research labs and future-focused startups
- Chair the '2026 Vision Committee' to evaluate and prioritize moonshot projects with exponential ROI
- Translate futuristic concepts into actionable business cases with clear KPIs and implementation pathways
- Present innovation frameworks to the board and C-suite with data-driven future-state projections
- Mentor a team of futurist researchers and prototype engineers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching exponential-growth technologies (quantum, AGI, or biotech preferred)
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology adoption curvesAdvanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Published thought leadership on 2026+ technology implications
- Proficiency in AI-driven foresight tools (e.g., GPT-4 strategic modeling)
