Responsibilities
- Analyze macro-trends (AI ethics, biotech convergence, quantum computing impacts) to forecast 2026+ market opportunities
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 3-5 year strategic horizons
- Lead cross-functional sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic vision to stakeholders via immersive future-state simulations
- Establish KPIs to track innovation maturity and future-readiness
- Advise on ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Author thought leadership on paradigm shifts post-2025
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futures research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable strategy
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains (quantum, neurotech, synthetic biology)
- MBA or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant field
- Proficiency in horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex future scenarios
