Responsibilities
- Design and implement 2026-compliant AI ethical frameworks for autonomous decision systems
- Lead cross-functional ethics boards with C-suite executives and external experts
- Develop quantum-safe bias detection algorithms for next-gen neural networks
- Author policy whitepapers on AI-human symbiosis for regulatory bodies
- Conduct real-time ethical impact assessments during AI deployment
- Mentor ethics engineering teams in proactive moral hazard mitigation
- Partner with neuroethicists on consciousness-level AI alignment protocols
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, or AI Governance with 5+ years applied experience
- Published work on post-2025 AI existential risk mitigation
- Expertise in quantum computing ethics and distributed ledger transparency
- Certification in Global AI Ethics Standards (GAES) v2025
- Experience advising Fortune 500 on AI transformation ethics
- Fluency in moral philosophy frameworks (utilitarianism, deontology, virtue)
- Portfolio demonstrating ethical AI system implementations
