Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical vision for the Year 2026 product ecosystem, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Architect next-generation systems capable of integrating autonomous agents and predictive AI models.
- Lead high-level design reviews and technical strategy sessions to ensure robust, scalable, and secure solutions.
- Identify emerging technologies (e.g., quantum computing readiness, edge computing) and integrate them into the roadmap.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and forward-thinking problem solving.
- Collaborate with product management and stakeholders to translate abstract future concepts into actionable development plans.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a strategic or visionary leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and large-scale distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate future trends and translate them into practical engineering strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
