- Assist with basic administrative tasks (filing, copying, scanning)
- Support weekend staff with urgent administrative needs
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year receptionist/front desk experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Professional appearance and demeanor
