Responsibilities
- Welcoming and directing visitors to the appropriate person or department in a professional manner.
- Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls and emails.
- Managing the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and professional at all times.
- Sorting and distributing incoming mail and packages.
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Providing basic information about the company to visitors and clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Associate is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively during busy weekend hours.
- Professional appearance and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
