Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations during weekend shifts, ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors.
- Greet and direct clients, guests, and vendors with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and emails promptly.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and package deliveries efficiently.
- Perform basic clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Ensure the reception area and common areas are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or receptionist experience is a plus.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a busy environment.
