Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the front desk operations during weekend hours with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors immediately upon arrival.
- Answer and screen incoming phone calls, routing them to the appropriate department or personnel.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail, packages, and faxes efficiently.
- Perform light administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining the reception area.
- Assist with scheduling and calendar management for executives as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative support role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
