Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations during weekend shifts, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for all visitors.
- Answer and direct incoming calls, manage email inquiries, and screen visitors professionally.
- Handle incoming mail, packages, and distribute them efficiently to appropriate departments.
- Perform basic data entry and maintain accurate records of daily activities and visitor logs.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and coordinating office maintenance.

Qualifications
