Responsibilities
- Manage professional reception area including visitor greeting and screening
- Handle multi-line phone system with exceptional call routing
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and calendar management
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and shipments
- Maintain office supply inventory and procurement
- Support HR functions onboarding paperwork processing
- Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year receptionist or front desk experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
